These terms govern your use of HealthAtoms. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
1. What HealthAtoms is
HealthAtoms is an educational platform for digital health and informatics: a knowledge base, guided courses, practice labs, and certifications. It is a learning product, not a clinical system.
All patient data on the platform is synthetic. Nothing here is real patient information, and the platform must never be used to store or process real patient data.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
You must provide a real email address and accurate information. Accounts are for individual use unless an institutional agreement says otherwise.
3. Acceptable use
Use the platform for learning and lawful purposes only.
•Do not attempt to upload real patient data or personally identifying health information.
•Do not disrupt the service, probe its security without authorization, or scrape content at scale.
•Do not resell or redistribute paid content without permission.
4. Educational purpose — not medical advice
Content on HealthAtoms is for professional education. It does not constitute medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about the care of any real patient. Always verify against current local guidelines and qualified clinical judgement.
5. Content & intellectual property
HealthAtoms content, design, and software are owned by HealthAtoms (Hormones River Media) or its licensors. Free content may be read and cited with attribution to the canonical page. Paid content is licensed to you for personal learning.
Standards and terminologies referenced (FHIR, SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD-11, etc.) remain the property of their respective bodies.
6. Payments
Free content is free. Where paid courses, memberships, or certification exams are offered, prices and terms are shown at purchase. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The platform is provided “as is” for educational use. To the extent permitted by law, HealthAtoms (Hormones River Media) is not liable for any decision made in reliance on platform content, nor for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-product. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
