•Account data: your email, and optionally your name.

•Profile preferences: role, goal, fidelity level, audience segments, country and language choices.

•Learning activity: entries you read, courses you enrol in, items you save, and feedback you give.

We do not collect real health data. Synthetic lab data is not personal data.

To provide the platform, personalise your experience, track your learning progress, and improve content and reliability. We do not sell your personal data.

Where GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (running your account), on the basis of your consent (optional communications), and our legitimate interests (securing and improving the service).

For users in India, we process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent, request access or correction, and raise grievances. Our Grievance Officer can be reached at hello@healthatoms.com.

We use Supabase (database, authentication, storage) as a data processor. Data is hosted in the ap-south-1 (Mumbai) region. Transactional email is sent via our email provider. These processors handle data on our instructions only.

We use essential cookies for authentication and to remember your language preference. We add analytics only with a privacy-respecting setup, and will surface a consent mechanism where required.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data; account deletion follows a grace period then permanent removal.

We apply row-level security, least-privilege access, encryption in transit, and audit logging. The platform is intended for professionals and students, not for children under the age set by local law.
