The knowledge base, free courses, and free lessons carry no charge and need no refund.
Memberships
Paid memberships include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Request a refund within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.
Certification exam fees
Exam fees are refundable until you start the exam. Once an exam attempt begins, the fee is non-refundable, though your purchase includes one free retake.
How to request
Email hello@healthatoms.com from your account email with your order details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
